Hi love, I’m Dulcie, founder of WorkWell and someone who has learned (sometimes the hard way) that a meaningful life isn’t built in a rush
Your Best Year Yet began as a set of exercises I created for myself long before WorkWell existed. I wanted a way to close out my year with honesty and start the next one with calm and intention instead of pressure. I didn’t need a new personality; I needed a gentler pace and a clearer sense of what actually mattered.
Last year, dozens of people joined me for the first iteration of this challenge. Their stories were beautiful, their insights were powerful and it confirmed what I’d always believed: people don’t need a louder January. They need a softer one.

No. It’s completely free. No upgrades, no hidden tiers, no nonsense.

The digital workbook will be sent to your email the weekend before the challenge begins on Monday 29 December. That email will also include all audio companion links.

You can absolutely still join. Start from Day 1 (Ground) using your workbook and listen to the audio companions to catch up. You’ll receive daily emails from the next day onwards.

Around 20 minutes a day. This challenge is designed to fit real, busy lives, so you can come back to the exercises whenever you have the time.
