“Hi, I’m Dulcie, the founder of WorkWell. I’ve spent almost 20 years working in innovation, leadership, and strategy; leading teams, launching ventures, and working with some of the world’s biggest brands.
I built a successful career, one I’m proud of. But I also saw how much was broken. I watched too many brilliant, ambitious and capable people pouring everything into work with no space left for rest, joy, or play. I saw workplaces measure “success” in output instead of impact. And I saw too many of us forgetting that life is more than work.
That’s why I built WorkWell. Not just as a business, but as a movement. Because we all deserve lives that work…for us.”
