The WorkWell Leader Pilot is a free, three-part online series designed to help you explore what it really means to lead thoughtfully and effectively, without burning out or losing yourself in the process.
What is the WorkWell Leader Pilot?
It’s not a webinar. And it’s not traditional leadership training either.
This is a live, interactive workshop series for people who are leading (or getting ready to lead) and want to build confidence, credibility and calm on their own terms.
You’ll join a small group of peers for three sessions, each 75 minutes long, where we’ll explore a handful of common leadership challenges: visibility, feedback and boundaries.
You’ll leave with fresh perspectives, practical tools, and (most importantly) space to reflect on the kind of leader you want to be.
When? Wednesdays: November 5, 19 & December 3
Time? 6.30pm–7.45pm BST
Where? Online. Camera-on, but relaxed. Pyjamas optional, curiosity required.
What we’ll cover:
Together, we’ll explore one powerful theme each session:
✅ Authentic Visibility: How to build presence and credibility without pretending to be someone you’re not.
✅ Feedback That Fuels: How to give (and get) feedback that fosters trust, not tension.
✅ The Art of Letting Go: How to delegate and create space for others without dropping the ball.
Each session blends short insights, reflection prompts and real talk. There’s no homework, but there will be ideas you’ll want to carry with you.

We’d love you to join all three, but we understand life happens. If you can attend at least two sessions live, you’ll still get a lot from the experience and you’ll still be part of shaping what comes next.

Not quite. Think of it more like a small group workshop: live, interactive and camera-on (but low-pressure). There’ll be ideas, reflection, conversation and the chance to connect with others, not just slides and silence.
